Double degree University of Rouen Normandy / University of Florence, Italy

An agreement was signed in December 2021 between the University of Rouen Normandy and the Università degli Studi di Firenze (Italy) to set up a double degree program in chemistry.

Professors Luc Picton, Laurent Lebrun and Pierre-Yves Renard were welcomed by Rector Alessandra Petrucci, Delegate for International Relations and Multilateral Agreements Giorgia Giovannetti and Anna Maria Papini, Delegate for International Relations of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, and Marco Pagliai, Chair of the Chemistry course.

The students, who will have to complete a period of study in both universities, will be awarded two Master’s degrees in Chemistry.

The project is co-financed by the Franco-Italian University, an institution that promotes academic and scientific cooperation between the two countries, and by the GSR XL-Chem.
